Current Favourites 🌸🌸🌸

Well hello again and welcome to another Favourites post! I haven’t actually done one since January, but here is a round up of some products I’ve been loving the past few months. All cruelty free and I will indicate all products that are vegan friendly.

Evolve Miracle Mask, 60ml, Β£22, Vegan*

A recent drop from my beloved Evolve, this mask contains fruit AHA to gently exfoliate and brighten as well as maca to help with fine lines. It’s a lovely cool, fruity, gel consistency and you spread it on and leave for 5 mins making it perfect for morning or shower use. I love it I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Andalou Naturals Turmeric + C Enlighten Serum, 32ml, Β£16.59, Vegan

I’d heard good things about this brand, and having enjoyed a sample of one of their creams in a beauty box, I fancied trying a vitamin C product. So I thought I’d give this a whirl. Vitamin C is supposed to brighten and treat hyperpigmentation what repairing UV damage. I do think this is making a difference, as usually I have quite bad melasma in the summer months, and it’s keeping it at bay. Feels lovely on the skin too.

Zabana Essentials Tamanu Calendula Healing + Anti Blemish Balm, 1oz, $15, Vegan

I wasn’t sure if I was going to include this because it’s not available in the UK, by it’s too good not to mention. I got this in my February Petit Vour Beauty Box. And It’s the best balm I’ve ever put on my face! It’s good for acne, scarring, redness, dermatitis and fine lines. I’ve been getting more blemishes than usual which I think is either hormones, heat or increased SPF use. In any case, this balm blitzes blemishes. I’ve also found it super helpful for dry cracked heels. I hope this brand comes to the UK because this product is just wonderful.

Neal’s Yard Remedies Beauty Sleep Concentrate, 30ml, Β£35, Vegan

I got several little sample sachets of this with an order and I loved it so much I bought the full size. I really like to layer serums and use this as my final step in my evening skincare. It’s a powerhouse of botanical ingredients as well as hyaluronic acid and tripeptides. It soothes, plumps and regenerates yet it is light and silky, perfect for my combo oily skin. I do think it would be great for all skin types.

Yarok Feed Your Ends Leave In Conditioner, 59ml, Β£12.30, Vegan

This is another brand I’d wanted to sample for some time, but was nervous to purchase because it’s an expensive brand to try if you don’t like the product. I got this deluxe sample in my March Petit Vour box and was so excited. It’s a leave in conditioner, detangler and heat protectant all in one and it is really lovely to use. It leaves no residue or build up, and it’s the only product I put in my hair after washing. Oh and it contains May Chang essential oil too so it smells absolutely amazing. It’s a real treat to use and I will be buying a full size. It’s definitely worth the splurge.

Alba Botanica Very Emollient Mango Vanilla Shave Cream, 227g, Β£5.99, Vegan

I’ve already used up a tube of the Mango Vanilla so repurchased it, along with the Coconut Lime variety. This is the best cruelty free, non aerosol shave cream I’ve found. It’s so creamy and moisturising and smells like tropical paradise. I’m really glad it’s available in the UK and I enjoy this brand. Their mineral SPFs are also incredible and reef safe!

OKKO Foot Balm Stick ‘Try Me Size’ Organic Calendula & Eucalyptus, 4.5g, Vegan

I picked up this little foot balm to make an order up to free delivery value and I’m so glad I did. I have dry feet year round but in Summer when I’m wearing sandals a lot, my feet can get cracked and sore. Plus, I work on my feet so I have to give them lots of TLC. This balm is really nourishing and soothes and heals the heels! It’s completely natural and really easy to use, just swipe on and rub in. I definitely want to pick up the full size.

Seeing as its nice and warm right now, I’m loving a fresher, dewy makeup look with minimal base products and cream finishes. These are the cream blushes I own and so I thought I’d include all of them, as they’re all on rotation at the mo. I have the Glossier Cloud Paints in Puff, a soft light pink, and Beam, a juicy peach. I like to use these when I’m just putting down a light base and not using any bronzer. They’re really easy to use and last well on the skin and you get a ton of product for Β£15 each. The next one I have had for a while and it’s the W3ll People Nudist Multi Use Cream Stick in Nude Berry. This line used to be carried by Content Beauty and Cult Beauty but no longer is. I still love this stick though, it’s a lovely berry rose tone and looks nice all year round. And finally we have the Juice Beauty Phyto Pigments Last Looks Blush ($28, Vegan). I got this in my April Petit Vour Box and they sent me the shade Flush which is described as a nude beige. I didn’t think this was my shade but it works so beautifully as a soft cream bronzer for me and the finish is juicy and gorgeous! I’d recommend this to anyone.

So that’s it for the moment. I’ll probably do another Favourites post about the end of August and about every three months or so in general.

Have you tried any of these products?
